RF specializes in training school officials to build two types of online course; hybrid and competency-based.

Hybrid Instruction

Hybrid instruction combines traditional face-to-face classroom methods with more modern computer-mediated activities. The strategy creates a more integrated approach for both instructors and learners.

Competency-based Instruction

A competency-based curriculum is outcome oriented, and designed to empower students. It is a student driven pathway that offers an alternative to a traditional time-based pedagogy where students are able to work at their own pace and be placed appropriately in the areas they are deficient in. The basic code of a competency-based curriculum is simple—a student moves ahead once they have grasped and demonstrated the target skill set

Online Training Workshops

RF staff prepares participants to deliver quality online instruction to their students. RF prides itself on practicality, and provides participants with essential strategies, such as:
